$2750 Package "B"

For organizations with 20+ employees:

  • Organization Needs Assessment
  • All required policies and procedures
  • Templates of all required documents
  • Training, up to 25 employees
  • Accessible Customer Service Training Booklet for all training attendees, non public facing staff, volunteers and others who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf, and all those who are involved in the development and approvals of customer service policies, practices and procedures
  • Public notification
  • Recommendation for most cost effective training option for future new employees
  • New Accessibility Action Plan outlining your organizations steps for compliance with the Integrated Accessibility Standards

All We Require From You

  • Two hours of your time for an Organization Needs Assessment
  • Training sessions for all public facing employees
  • Occasional contact via phone or email for brief information updates

Online Training Session

  • Ensures all your employees, volunteers and others who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf, and all those who are involved in the development and approvals of customer service policies, practices and procedures are fully compliant with the training requirements of the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service
